📋 Certification Requirements

Certifications are awarded by the Global Board of Management or licensed through the Board of Standards, subject to the following qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in coaching, consulting, or related service fields.

✔ Education

An accredited degree from a recognized university or government-approved institution.

✔ Continuing Education

Evidence of ongoing professional development.

✔ Ethics Commitment

Agreement to uphold the ethical standards and professional conduct guidelines of the Society.

🎓 Graduate Waiver Option

Applicants holding a Master’s degree with three or more years of service-related professional experience may qualify for a graduate pathway.
